Quality of xanik® Valves is been obtained through an absolute working process, which starts when customer requirements are identified during our thorough contract review and incorporated in the technical documentation before the production begins and continues with the complete inspection (Chemical Analysis EOS & PMI, Metallography, Hardness Testing, Magnetic Particle, Dye Penetrant, Ultrasonic Testing, Gammagraphy Ir 192, Pressure Testing, Helium Spectrometer for Fugitive Emissions) and a steady control during the production cycle, up to a final test.

 

Our fully staffed Quality Assurance Department pays attention to the finest details from order entry through assembly and final inspection.

 

Our products are manufactured under extremely rigid quality control procedures. Quality review and monitoring is involved in all phases of the operation.

 

We ensure through approved suppliers and review of purchase orders that all of our customers requirements are being passed on to our team of qualified suppliers.

 

On the shop floor our quality control begins with the incoming receipt inspection. The physical materials, as well as the certification documents, are inspected to ensure conformance to all contract requirements.  Control of the material throughout the entire process is critical to all of our components and in-process inspections are carried out during every step of production.

With this in mind xanik® Valves are expected to surpass expectations of industry standards. xanik®  Valves will only use top quality components and materials to reassure the customer of consistently reliable operation throughout its life cycle. This reassurance can only be achieved by ensuring all materials are fully traceable from source to manufacture with the addition of all pressure retaining components certified EN10204 3.1.
