Valves is been obtained through an absolute working process,
which starts when customer requirements are identified during
our thorough contract review and incorporated in the technical
documentation before the production begins and continues with
the complete inspection (Chemical Analysis EOS & PMI,
Metallography, Hardness Testing, Magnetic Particle, Dye
Penetrant, Ultrasonic Testing, Gammagraphy Ir 192, Pressure
Testing, Helium Spectrometer for Fugitive Emissions) and a
steady control during the production cycle, up to a final test.
Our fully staffed Quality Assurance Department pays attention to
the finest details from order entry through assembly and final
